Anite is seeking an R&D Engineer - Intermediate to support PMTC Wet Process and Assembly operations in San Francisco. You will develop and optimize manufacturing processes, plan experiments, analyze data, and report findings with concrete recommendations.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, validate equipment, and create robust process documentation. Collaboration with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain is essential.

Formación

• BS Engineering degree required.
• Experience in Process Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong root-cause analysis and statistical analysis skills.
• Metrology and design experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support across PMTC Wet Process & Assembly operations (assembly, heat treat, forming, electroplating, chemical milling).
• Develop, characterize, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Plan and run experiments, then analyze data and report results with recommendations.
• Troubleshoot process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support equipment and tooling qualification, including installation, validation, and process capability studies.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process specifications.
• Monitor process performance metrics, yield, and quality data, and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Evaluate new materials, equipment, and technologies for process capability and fit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain).

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is$29.89/hour - $39.86/hour W-2.
