Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Research and Development Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Digital Lab Operations and CMC solutions. You will align with architecture strategy, govern standards, and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant IT architectures.

The role emphasizes hands-on design across a broad biotech tech stack, including Snowflake, Python, AWS/Azure and Openshift.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree required in CS, IS, Software Engineering or related.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, data types, and ontologies at Sanofi R&D.
• Extensive background in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions.
• Demonstrated understanding of the processes and workflows in Digital Labs Operations & CMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of all solutions for Digital Lab Operations & CMC operations.
• Ensure alignment with architecture strategy and governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable architectures.
• Create and maintain current and target-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs.
