Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques, scientific methodology, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of a technical team to create, execute, and interpret experimental test designs for VITROS analyzers in support of verification and validation activities.
• Execute assay performance testing on diagnostic instrumentation to support accurate, reliable, and reproducible test results.
• Perform routine analyzer maintenance, calibration, QC, troubleshooting, and documentation per SOPs.
• Maintain records in alignment with cGMP requirements and Quality System procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory environment and complete required training.
