Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant technical experience in manufacturing or lab environment, or 1 year as Engineering Test Support I at First Solar.
• Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions/test plans.
• Average ability to operate tools and processing equipment (robots, conveyors, HMIs).
• Able to analyze simple datasets using JMP/SQL training.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support developmental tests in the R&D line and ensure data entry for development tests.
• Operate and execute process steps with various processing equipment and metrology tools.
• Follow work instructions and interpret task documents.
• Perform basic analytics to ensure proper operation of tools and test execution.
• Provide forklift support as needed.
