Job summary

Natera, Inc. is seeking a Scientist for Research & Development Design Transfer & Product Development in Austin, TX. This role leads and supports the transition of IVD Next-Generation Sequencing assays, ensuring compliance while collaborating cross-functionally to drive project deliverables.

Ideal candidates possess a Ph.D. or equivalent experience in molecular biology fields with expertise in NGS workflows. Competitive salary ranges from $103,700 to $129,600, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in NGS workflows, such as DNA/RNA extraction.
• Ability to own a study including designing experiments and analyzing data.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and perform data analysis.
• Support test method development and lead risk management activities.
• Investigate product deviations and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions.
