Job summary
Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking an experienced R&D Cybersecurity Engineer to research, prototype, and integrate emerging cybersecurity technologies that enhance vulnerability management and defense across web applications and enterprise systems.
The role emphasizes automation, advanced analytics, and secure development practices within DevSecOps environments, with opportunities to prototype AI-assisted solutions and contribute to secure CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Ten or more years in IT with security-focused roles.
- Five or more years in Operational Technology environments.
- Must hold DoD IAT III and IASAE III certifications or be able to obtain IASAE III within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Research emerging cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate new vulnerability scanning and app security tools.
- Design PoCs for automated vulnerability detection and remediation.
- Develop security tooling and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with DevSecOps to secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Prototype ML-based cyber defense capabilities.
- Document findings and transition prototypes to production.
