Job summary

Cambria is seeking a creative problem-solver to drive new product development and lead material and process investigations. You’ll bridge concept to production, partnering closely with our plant operations teams to bring new ideas to life.

The role focuses on chemicals for thermoset composites, testing materials, and implementing QC/R&D testing while supporting sourcing and data collection. BS in relevant field and internship preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• Previous internship preferred.
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills; mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Focus on chemicals to improve plant performance, cost reduction, and optimization.
• Source, develop, and test new chemicals for thermoset composite materials.
• Develop and implement new QC and R&D testing (incoming, in-process, finished).
• Assist with raw material sourcing and data collection.
• Ensure GMP and safety practices; operate R&D lab equipment.
