Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on lab or testing experience with cable design is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments and work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests and studies to identify inconsistencies or opportunities.
• Conduct simulations relevant to projects.
• Develop DOE to determine optimal conditions for studies.
• Create test methods and procedures; train technicians.
• Assist lab technicians on product engineering projects.
