Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in program management or digital operations, strong AI tool experience, and excellent written/verbal skills. This on-site role supports Springdale, AR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field open.
• 5 years of program management or digital ops experience.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal applications on Haystack platform with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Support tracking project status, resources, and workloads across R&D initiatives.
• Maintain dashboards providing leadership visibility into ongoing work.
• Coordinate recurring business reviews and standard reporting cadences.
• Create executive-ready decks and tracking tools for leadership decisions.
