Job summary

GSK is seeking an Audit Manager or Auditor to deliver objective assurance and insights to reduce risk across R&D activities, including Research Practices, Patient Safety and Scientific Patient Engagement. Travel about 25% (12 weeks/year) is required, with audits globally and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Successful candidates will bring 5+ years in R&D or auditing, strong problem solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., medical or allied health, science, life sciences, pharmacy).
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and/or initiatives with timelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage auditees and stakeholders to build trust and understanding.
• Deliver audit outputs aligned with Core Audit Process and provide holistic risk insights.
• Deliver meaningful insights to support action and risk reduction.
• Connect stakeholders to insights and resources to deepen understanding of risk and ICF.
• Anticipate obstacles to audit delivery and manage risks, escalating timely.
• Lead by example, foster a values-based environment and mentor others.
