Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an Associate Scientist II for a six-month contract, onsite in Kansas City, MO. The role supports laboratory documentation, stability study coordination, and technical document preparation in a regulated life sciences environment.

The candidate will work under general supervision, follow established protocols, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage stability schedules while ensuring quality records and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
• No prior professional work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Label, organize, maintain, and track laboratory documentation, including spreadsheets, reports, protocols, and related records.
• Prepare and author technical documents, including stability protocols, technical reports, COAs, and SOPs.
• Perform parallel reviews of documentation and work toward qualification to conduct technical reviews for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute stability study work plans and schedules independently, ensuring alignment with customer milestones and site performance standards.
• Review technical documents for accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Perform activities in accordance with cGMP requirements and EHS procedures.
