Job summary

Mondelez International in Lancaster, OH is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in supermarkets. You will stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure products are in stock while building strong relationships with store staff.

You’ll visit stores daily, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, follow RTM plans, and communicate insights to the RTM and management team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license from your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of iconic brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Lancaster, OH
