Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. Represent the company in-store with professionalism, maintain brand standards, and capture display photos using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or ability to earn GED while working.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical requirements: lift, bend, move product, up to 25 lbs; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Lodi, NJ; secondary location: Palisades Park, NJ / Teterboro, NJ.
• Schedule availability: Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain brand standards.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and execute promotions.
• Capture display photos and follow DMI merchandising principles.
• Communicate insights or issues with RTM and retail team.
• Support seasonal product launches and promotions.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for coverage.

Part-Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. With a flexible schedule and hands-on impact, you’ll help create a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers—every time they visit.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Represent Mondelēz: in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company: delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
• Execute: store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via digital merchandising initiative DMI.
• Build and maintain: relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Stock shelves: rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores.
• Implement promotional displays: and ensure compliance with your Retail Territory Manager’s (RTM’s) negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
• Support seasonal sales: new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant: embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle.

Requirements Include:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Lodi, NJ.
• Secondary Location: Palisades Park, Teterboro, NJ.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $17.79 to $19.79 based on relevant experience.
