This role ensures that all components of the quote package are accurate, complete, and aligned with customer requirements while partnering closely with cross functional teams and suppliers to deliver competitive and timely proposals.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to validate inputs, evaluate costs, identify potential risks, and support technical and commercial requirements throughout the quoting process. Experience working with local suppliers in Mexico is preferred, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Familiarity with ITAR and Commercial requirements is also beneficial.This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite. Candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our sites in Dallas, Texas; Boise, Idaho; Denver, Colorado; Rochester, New York; Albuquerque, New Mexico; or Everett, Washington.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:Analyze and interpret customer data packages including engineering drawings, BOMs, and specificationsFormat and structure BOMs to align with internal systems and determine make-or-buy scenariosValidate cost inputs, material pricing, and labor estimates for quote readinessCollaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, and Supply Chain teams to assess feasibility and sourcing needsCoordinate with internal teams and suppliers to develop accurate and competitive quote responsesLead and participate in scope calls to clarify requirements and drive quote completenessEnsure compliance with ITAR and Commercial policies based on project typeManage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely and high-quality quote submissionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to quoting processes and toolsMaintain accountability for quote accuracy and alignment with customer requirementsMay require decision and analysis aligned with business objectives and quote scopeOther duties and responsibilities as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma, relevant certification, or equivalent experience required5+ years of experience in distribution, procurement, or supply chainPreferred background in the semiconductor or electronics industrySKILLS REQUIRED:Strong familiarity with manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and product lifecycle stagesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, part specifications, and engineering documentationAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including use of lookups, macros, and data structuring functionsProven ability to independently tackle moderately complex problems and offer feasible solutionsStrong organizational and multitasking skills; meets deadlines with attention to detailEffective communicator, capable of leading scope discussions and collaborating across departmentsHigh degree of self-confidence, professional demeanor, and customer service orientationNatural ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders internally and externallyInfluences quoting outcomes and supports Business Unit strategies through accurate executionPreferred Bi-lingual English|SpanishIn accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $70k-$80k USD annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits.
