Job summary

Hyundai Motor America in Olathe, KS is seeking a skilled automotive technician to perform common light duty services and repairs efficiently. The role requires a high school diploma and automotive technician experience, with ASE certification preferred.

You will work in the Service department, with a competitive compensation range and full-time benefits. A valid driver’s license and strong time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic functions such as oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, replace wiper blades, etc., with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with service team and assigned service advisor regarding status and changes to the repair order.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Establish a finished product which adheres to factory and dealership procedures.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.
