GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for a Response Security Officer to join our team in Nashville area. The role emphasizes adaptability across multiple sites, including events, with a focus on security, customer service, and rapid incident response.

The position requires open availability to cover call-offs, including 1st–3rd shifts and weekends. A background screening will be conducted after an offer, with competitive hourly wages and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years old
• Must have a valid Driver License and a clear MVR
• Open availability to cover call-offs and various shifts
• Experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or Armed Corrections preferred (6 months)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide HS diploma or GED
• Able to pass extensive screening and adapt quickly to changing situations
• Strong problem solving and customer-service oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure security and safety
• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security

As a Call Off Coverage Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Schedule varies. Must be available to cover for call off. Must have open availability. Must be available to cover 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• Must be over the age of 21.
• Must have a valid Driver License. Must have a clear Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have open availability to cover for call off.
• Must have Military, Law Enforcement, or Armed Corrections (6 months) experience.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
