Job summary

Stew Hansen Buick GMC, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a part-time Quick Lube Technician who shares our values of respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork. This role offers a 3-day schedule: Tue, Thu, Fri starting at 7am, with typical 8-hour days and 20-25 hours weekly.

No tools are required for the initial training because we provide access to shop tools and equipment. The PRO TECH program includes performance bonuses up to $400 per month, end of year bonus, and employee

Qualifications

• Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work.
• Resourceful and seeks a high level of technical expertise.
• Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and technical resources a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drain engine oil and replace with suggested viscosity and quantity.
• Rotate tires and adjust tire air pressure as needed.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels of key components and lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle.

Part-time Schedule: this position would work 3-days per week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays starting at 7am. Typically scheduled 8-hour days, but schedule may vary based on business need. Position would be 20-25 hours weekly.

What you’ll do as a Quick Lube Automotive Technician:

Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards High School Diploma or equivalent.
