Job summary

Koons Tysons Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking Quick Lube Automotive Technicians to perform basic maintenance and upkeep on customer vehicles. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork and the ability to work on repetitive, technically focused tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position is hourly paid, with opportunities for training and advancement as you gain vehicle service experience. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Entry level technician performing basic vehicle maintenance.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Apprenticeship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Complete multi-point inspection forms on each vehicle.
• Utilize manufacturer training and management guidance.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and programs.
• Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practice.
