Job summary

VillageCadillac Toyota is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. The role emphasizes teamwork and efficient service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of dealer-level experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Safety and customer service orientation are essential, with basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of luxury dealer-level experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Good communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent work history.
• Able to standand walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry 50lbs.
