Job summary

Crest Auto Group is hiring a service teammate in Frisco, TX. This role supports daily maintenance tasks and delivers friendly, customer-focused service in a collaborative dealership setting.

Responsibilities include basic vehicle checks, fluid top-offs, tire pressure verification and routine inspections while maintaining high service standards and a professional appearance for customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Customer-service oriented mindset and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with simple software.
• Valid driver license is required.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer perspective first.
