Victory Lane Quick Oil Change in Canyon Lake, TX is seeking a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our team. This role offers opportunities to perform oil changes, fluids inspections, tire checks, and basic vehicle inspections in a fast-paced, customer-focused shop.

Ideal candidates have prior quick-lube or automotive service experience, a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, and a strong eye for detail. A valid driver’s license and reliability are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a quick lube or automotive service role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service time goals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes quickly and accurately on various vehicle makes/models.
• Inspect and top off essential fluids (coolant, transmission, brake, windshield washer).
• Check and adjust tire pressure; inspect wiper blades and air filters.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized service bay; operate lubrication equipment and tools.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the service process.

• Inspect and top off essential fluids including coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid
• Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and cabin filters
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service bay at all times
• Operate lubrication equipment and automotive tools efficiently and safely
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the service process
