Qualifications

• Must have basic automotive knowledge and ability to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and light maintenance.
• Experience using diagnostic tools to identify mechanical/electrical issues and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes on various makes/models.
• Inspect vehicles to assess wear and needed repairs.
• Execute light duty repairs (brake pads, tires, filters, fluids).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following safety regulations.
• Communicate service timelines and vehicle issues to team and advisors.
• Ensure quality and safety in all maintenance/repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify problems.
• Assist in upkeep of service department equipment and tools.
• Stay updated on automotive tech and techniques to improve efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services.
