Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Terrell, TX is seeking an automotive technician to perform maintenance and basic repairs in a fast-paced shop. You will learn on-the-job and have opportunity to advance into higher technician roles.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and documenting results; you will work with service advisors to ensure work meets dealer standards in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance services including:

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations and tire pressure checks
• Battery testing and replacement
• Fluid inspections and top-offs
• Multi-point vehicle inspections

• Conduct basic safety and maintenance checks on vehicles
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Properly document inspection results and recommended services
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors
• Ensure all work is completed according to dealership/manufacturer standards
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
