MercyOne Centerville Medical Center in Centerville, IA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its Quick Care team. You will see walk-in, acute visits for patients of all ages in a community-focused setting that blends small-town charm with professional fulfillment.

We offer a 12-hour shift structure, 3 days per week with every 3rd weekend rotation, day-one benefits, a $10,000 starting bonus, a 403B match and CME allowance of $3,000.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Located in the heart of Southern Iowa, this practice offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and professional fulfillment. This is a great opportunity to practice in a supportive environment with excellent staff, and a strong connection to the community.

Schedule:

• 12 hour shifts
• 3 days per week with every 3rd weekend rotation

Hours:

• Weekdays: 7:00AM - 6:30PM
• Weekends: 7:00AM - 12:30PM

Compensation and Benefits:

• $10,000 Starting bonus
• Day-one benefits
• 403B Match
• CME allowance of $3,000

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an NP or PA in an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine setting.
