Job summary

A community-focused church in Rockaway, NJ, is seeking a Quest Teens Director to lead and develop impactful programs for middle and high school students. The ideal candidate is a gifted communicator with a passion for student discipleship and organizational excellence. Responsibilities include leading youth events, mentoring students, and collaborating with families to foster faith and community. This role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of student ministry or program leadership experience required.
• Experience in multi-site or large church preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead student ministry programming and vision at Rockaway Campus.
• Disciple middle and high school students through various activities.
• Plan and execute engaging events and retreats.
• Develop adult and student leaders for ministry.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
