Job summary

DC Army National Guard in the United States is seeking a Quartermaster and Chemical Equipment Repairer responsible for keeping a wide range of systems running at peak performance. You will support the maintenance of chemical decontamination equipment, quartermaster machinery, laundry and bath equipment, pumps, engines, burners, filter units, and water purification units.

Training includes hands‑on and classroom instruction, with a path to civilian careers in marine transport, commercial fishing,

Qualifications

• Must enlist in the Army National Guard.
• Age between 17 and 35.
• High school diploma, GED, or be a high school junior.

Responsibilities

• Service internal combustion engine ignition, fuel, cooling, and electrical systems.
• Perform damage assessment and repair on equipment.
• Assist maintenance of chemical decontamination equipment and quartermaster machinery.
