City of Bartow is seeking a dedicated administrative clerk to support an executive with a range of office tasks. The role involves calendar management, answering calls, screening visitors, and coordinating communications both internally and externally.
The position requires strong data entry, document proofreading, and proficiency with standard office software, along with excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Performs difficult skilled clerical work assisting an executive with a variety of office assistance and administrative tasks. Work is performed under general supervision.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college preferred; 2-5 years of office experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities and other competencies necessary for the position.
