Job summary

Pennsy Supply Inc, a CRH company, seeks an Equipment and Machine Operator to operate trucks and support quarry operations in Pennsylvania. You will perform pre-shift inspections, follow safety rules, and haul materials between stockpiles, plants, and dumps.

The role requires independent work with attention to detail and the ability to work in a team, with readiness to learn additional equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Able to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Must submit to drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of automotive trucks to haul stone, earth, waste lubricants, fuel, water, supplies, and miscellaneous store materials.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations (MSHA/OSHA/DOT) at Pennsy Supply.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections on equipment before operating.
• Haul materials from stockpiles to stockpiles, plants or crushers as needed.
• Operate skid steers for plant cleanup.
• Report to supervisor at designated start time.
