Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Quarry Foreman to serve as second-in-command to the Quarry Manager. You will supervise on-site and office operations, coordinate production, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the quarry.

The Quarry Foreman is the second-in-command to the Quarry Manager and plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the quarry. This position is responsible for overseeing all on-site and office operations, supervising site workers, coordinating production, and monitoring site systems. The ideal candidate is safety-driven, highly organized, and motivated to lead by example.
