Job summary

The H&K Group, Inc. is seeking a Rock Truck Driver for Plumstead Quarry in Doylestown, PA. The driver operates straight or articulated rubber-tired rock trucks to transport and dump material, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

A CDL is not required, but preferred along with MSHA training. Plumstead Quarry serves Bucks and Montgomery counties and offers comprehensive benefits, on-the-job training, and growth opportunities within the H&K Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; related experience may be considered.
• Driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to fit test and use PPE as needed.
• Able to meet physical requirements (lifting, movement, etc.).
• Prefer CDL A or B and MSHA safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Performs all work according to MSHA and H&K safety policies.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of truck daily.
• Drives safely to transport material and meet production goals.
• Operates truck bed hydraulics to dump material.
• Performs routine truck maintenance and cleaning.
• Cross-trained to assist with maintenance when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
