Job summary

Arcosa Lightweight is seeking a Production Worker for its Frazier Park, CA plant. You will operate equipment, maintain work areas, and support plant projects in a 24/7 environment governed by MSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Ability to operate at least 2 pieces of mobile equipment (haul truck, front loader, bobcat, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and government regulations.
• Operate equipment in quarry or production and maintain designated work areas.
• Perform tasks safely and effectively and assist with plant projects in a 24/7 environment.
• Ventilate and document discrepancies during inspections and maintain equipment areas.
