Job summary

APAC Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Quarry Plant Operator to run crusher and washer equipment and perform supporting labor tasks as directed.

The role requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work with other team members to maintain production efficiency. Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, maintaining plant areas, and performing various labor tasks such as cleaning and painting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently as directed by the plant foreman.
• Maintain aggregate crusher, washer, and surrounding area for safe operation.
• Perform laboring tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, painting, and lifting; report production issues.
