Martin Marietta Materials is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager for the St Cloud Quarry, a 2M+ ton/year operation in Central MN. You will assist with daily and strategic plant management, drive safety, production, and cost controls, and lead environmental and personnel initiatives in a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years related experience, and quarry management experience preferred. MSHA knowledge and commitment to safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the plant manager with daily and strategic management of plant functions.

• Direct operations to meet safety, quality, production, and employee development expectations.
