Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a motivated Utility Person to support daily quarry operations in Kentucky. You will help with maintenance, housekeeping, production support, and site activities to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, hauling materials, equipment maintenance, and moving tools as needed while adhering to safety and environmental procedures. This role requires outdoor work and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and capable of following established procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Willingness to learn maintenance and quarry operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform site housekeeping and cleanup to maintain a safe quarry environment.
• Operate a haul truck to move materials from the pit to the plant safely and efficiently.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Support production activities by moving materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures while contributing to team goals.
