Job summary

Vulcan Materials Company in Alabama is offering an Internship for Summer 2027 to help you grow a career in construction materials. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple departments and learn our sales processes, operations, and safety standards.

Interns participate in meaningful projects, receive mentoring, and have opportunities to explore varied career paths from sales to operations. No prior internship is required, and we value curiosity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience tied to aggregate mining operations preferred.

Skills You’ll Need:

Experience.

Previous experience is not required for internships.However, experience working in an industrial environment and or prior experience tied to aggregate mining operations is preferred.

Integrity and Decision-Making.

Must display the highest commitment to ethical decision-making and integrity.

Interpersonal Skills.

Must be an excellent motivator and team builder. Must be able to form strong social relationships and effectively communicate with both internal and external audiences.
