Job summary

Luck Stone's Culpeper Plant is hiring a Haul Truck Operator to navigate quarry roads and berms for safe loading and unloading of rock into primary crushers. The role also supports plant maintenance and general site duties as needed.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, reporting safety concerns, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining site cleanliness. Benefits start on day one, including PTO and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Prior quarry or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
• Must be team oriented with a positive work attitude.
• Available to work the shift: M-F 7am-4pm.

Responsibilities

• Pre-shift and post-shift inspections of the vehicle.
• Identify and report rode, high wall and equipment issues.
• Operate heavy equipment with proper loading/dumping techniques.
• Ensure vehicle receives proper maintenance.
• Assist with plant projects and other duties as needed.
• Occasionally operate Water Truck or Bin Truck.
• Prioritize safety for self and others on site.
• Help keep the site clean and organized at shift end.
