You Have:

• Experience with customer missions in the national security sector
• Experience delivering quantum capabilities or in the Federal sector
• Experience writing proposals or white papers
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master's degree in a physics, engineering, mathematics, or technology field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as a capture manager for large proposal efforts
• Experience with product management or project management
• Experience leading small to medium sized teams of 3-10 people
• Ability to display publications in peer-reviewed quantum journals
• Ability to demonstrate a strong executive presence
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Doctorate degree in Physics

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
