QuEra Computing is seeking a mission-driven Quantum Scientist focused on designing and delivering specialized educational engagement and training. You'll use your expertise in quantum error correction (QEC) and your pedagogical skill to create learning experiences that enable users on our existing and upcoming neutral-atom quantum systems as they transition from NISQ workflows into the fault-tolerant (FTQC) era. Deliverables can take many forms but include lessons, tutorials, quizzes, hackathon challenges, and presentations tailored to users across industry, academia, and national labs. This is a role for a motivated Quantum Scientist who is also passionate about educational outreach and enablement of technical audiences. Some travel may be required for workshops, conferences, and hackathons.
The approximate base salary range for this position is $130,400 - $211,900.
We consistently monitor external market data and update base salary ranges accordingly. We determine base compensation decisions on several factors, including as geographic placement, role-specific knowledge, skills, and/or experience. In addition to our base salary offerings, we also provide equity grants for all new hires.
