Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking an R&D Principal Engineer – Quantum to own quantum circuit development from inception through production readiness. You will guide quality criteria, capital equipment strategy, and roadmaps while mentoring the R&D team and documenting progress through reports and papers.

You will design and execute experiments, advise on development costs and timelines, and collaborate with Operations and QA across multiple factories, travel up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in an engineering field (manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, electrical, industrial, or similar).
• Significant process expertise and design-for-manufacturability experience.
• Experience with poka-yoke and mistake-prevention methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of quantum materials and processes for All Flex with cross‑functional input.
• Design experiments and evaluate feasibility of new materials, processes, and products.
• Collaborate with quality, operations, sales and product teams to resolve issues and drive action.
