Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or be on track to complete it.
• Experience with Rust and Python is required.
• Strong fundamentals in software design, testing, debugging and version control.
• Coursework or practical experience in quantum information or quantum computing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to quantum compilation architectures for fault-tolerant quantum programs
• Build software infrastructure for representing, analyzing, and transforming large-scale quantum programs
• Design and implementing compiler passes for analysis and optimization of quantum circuits
• Contribute to new execution models and software abstractions for next-generation quantum workloads
• Develop and evaluating tools and techniques for noise learning and scalable execution of error-mitigated workloads
• Implement and benchmarking state-of-the-art compilation and optimization techniques from the research literature
• Contributing to open-source quantum software projects and tooling
