Oratomic, Inc. is building the world’s first fault-tolerant neutral-atom quantum computer. We seek mechanical and optomechanical engineers to design, prototype, and operate precision systems across lasers, optics, vacuum, and electronics.

You will develop CAD workflows, fabrication plans, and engineering documentation while collaborating with scientists and fellow engineers from concept through lab testing. Onsite in Pasadena.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical or optomechanical design.
• Experience with CAD, prototyping, and testing.
• Able to work across hardware, software, and labs.
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasadena.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and implement precision mechanical and optomechanical systems.
• Develop CAD workflows and engineering documentation used across the team.
