Job summary

Seeqc in New York is hiring to advance control firmware and software integrations for a superconducting qubit platform. You will help develop systems and drivers enabling conventional and digital control of quantum hardware, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates bring hands-on experience with instrument drivers, cross‑platform development, and end-to-end software lifecycles.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience with Python development and software lifecycle (releases, bug fixes).
• Experience writing and testing instrument drivers for RF or digital lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support development of control firmware.
• Support integration within internal software stack and with external partners.
• Develop systems and drivers for conventional and digital control of superconducting qubits.
• Improve hardware capabilities by augmenting the fast classical layer.
