Job summary

EWOR is seeking exceptional operators to join a new department focused on cutting-edge initiatives, including quantum computing. You will translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production, asserting autonomy to shape the architecture and milestones.

You are a high-agency builder with strong experience and excellent English communication, and you should be open to relocating or remote arrangements across Europe or the Americas.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end‑to‑end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
