Requires 10+ years IT experience with quantum computing and cryptography, expertise in PQC and NIST standards, and ability to communicate quantum risk to non-technical leadership. U.S. Citizenship and Public Trust security clearance are prerequisites. Certifications in IAT III, IAM III, or IASAE III are desirable.
