Job summary

Conductor Quantum is building quantum software that controls hardware and enables agentic quantum algorithm discovery, circuit generation tools, and calibration control. You will shape our core offerings and own the interface that makes the platform accessible to both researchers and AI agents.

The role combines data analysis, ML, and full-stack development to deliver scalable quantum control and a user-friendly interface for researchers and AI agents.

Qualifications

• Develop Python pipelines to analyse large device datasets.
• Build and deploy machine learning models for real-time qubit optimisation.
• Apply Bayesian optimisation and reinforcement learning to solve calibration challenges.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain the next-generation control and calibration stack.
• Build and maintain the first natural language interface for quantum computing.
• Work directly with world-leading quantum companies and research labs to identify needs and shape product features and roadmaps.
• Develop simulation models and integrate with hardware control electronics.
