Job summary

GTS is seeking May 2027 graduates to join our Quantitative Trader program in New York. The goal is to train you to design, build and manage profitable trading strategies as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working with senior traders on projects across the quantitative space.

You will gain exposure to how the trading desk operates, how opportunities are evaluated, and how decisions impact revenue. Strong Python skills and a quantitative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. from a leading university in a quantitative discipline such as math, physics, statistics, computer science, or engineering with a GPA over 3.6/4.0. Graduating May 2027
• Both graduates and candidates with experience may apply.
• Deep understanding and ability in mathematics and statistics.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Excellent communication skills: the ability to express complex concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in strategic and competitive games.
