Old Mission is a global proprietary trading firm seeking a Quantitative ETF Trader to execute and manage ETF trades across global markets, aiming to optimize portfolio performance, pricing accuracy, and liquidity.

You will leverage advanced trading platforms and analytics, monitor market conditions, and collaborate with portfolio managers and liquidity providers to implement hedging strategies and ensure efficient creation/redemption processes while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of ETF trading experience.
• Deep understanding of ETF structures and creation/redemption processes.
• Proficiency with trading platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Series 7 and 57 licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

About The Position

The Quantitative ETF Trader is responsible for executing and managing trades of ETFs across various markets to achieve optimal portfolio performance, maintain accurate pricing, and ensure liquidity.

Responsibilities:

• Execute ETF trades using various trading platforms and strategies to minimize market impact

Required Skills

Base Salary Range

$170,000 - $225,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education. Our compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time employees.
