Quantitative Specialist – Data Analyst US / Remote

We are seeking a Quantitative Specialist – Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical thinker who enjoys translating complex data into meaningful insights that drive brand strategy, revenue growth, and informed decision-making. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting key market data while partnering closely with internal teams and clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate report and analysis requests to determine objectives, research needs, and appropriate quantitative methodologies.
  • Identify, extract, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and relevance.
  • Apply statistical modeling and quantitative techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Design, execute, and analyze quantitative and/or qualitative research studies.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for internal leadership and clients.
  • Manage assigned projects independently, proactively communicating timelines, risks, and dependencies to the leadership team.
  • Support revenue growth and brand strategy by identifying opportunities for optimization through data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and statistical reasoning.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Access, SAS, SPSS, or other statistical analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated experience applying statistical methods to real-world business questions.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience designing or supporting market research studies is required.
  • Moderation or qualitative research experience is a plus.
