As a Quantitative Researcher, you will discover novel statistical methods and perform rigorous quantitative analysis to improve trading models, analyzing vast financial data and collaborating with high-performance research and trading infrastructure.

Annual base salary is $200,000 with signing and performance bonuses and company-paid medical and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or another related, highly quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in C++.
• Strong understanding of data structures, probability, and statistics.
• Growth-oriented and collaborative mindset; enjoys working within a team.
• Passion for research and discovery.
