HealthBay is seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join a dynamic research team onsite in a contract role. You will work closely with a Principal Research Consultant to design and implement quantitative studies, apply advanced statistical models, and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions.

You will manage data workflows, perform hypothesis testing, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience conducting quantitative research and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB, SAS, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible, fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
